Delivery
Printed books are posted from the Da Vinci Holistic Health Centre in Larnaca, Cyprus. Postage is €9 for one book and €3 for each extra book in the same order; it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 working days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 15 days, depending on the destination and the postal service.
eBooks (PDF and EPUB) are delivered as downloads straight after payment, so there is no postage.
Returns
If you change your mind about a printed book, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us at [email protected] before you send it, and post it back unused to the address below. Return postage is paid by you. We refund the price of the book and the original postage within 14 days of receiving it back, to the payment method you used.
eBooks cannot be returned once they have been downloaded.
Damaged or wrong items
If a book arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 14 days with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including postage.
